Our recruiting team will guide you through the entire journey and answer any questions you may have.

Chat With Our Recruiter

This is to get to know each other better, to understand what you are bringing to the table, what drives you, and what you want to do next. By phone or on a video call, we'll share with you whatever you want to know, answer your questions, and guide you through our interview process. You'll receive feedback and hints so you can be prepared for the next rounds.

Meet Your Team

You'll get the chance to meet different people from the team and learn how we work together: how the team fits into the overall organization, our daily life, and the tools and processes involved. The team will want to know the highlights of your experiences: the methodologies and the team structure you used to work with, what kind of challenges you faced in the past, and the approaches you took. You usually come to our office for this round. If you or your team are based outside Barcelona, we use video conferencing.

Test Your Skills

Now it's time to show us what you can do. We’ll set you a challenge to see your skills in action. You'll simulate how you'll work with your future colleagues. You'll be given some exercises and you have discuss how you would tackle them together with the team, sharing the reasons behind your approach. This is usually a face-to-face meeting in our office. If you or your team are based outside Barcelona, you complete the exercise by video conference.

Decide Whether It's Right For You

This is your and our final chance to clarify any doubts and align our expectations. We want to make sure the feeling is mutual. You'll probably meet someone from the office that you haven't talked to yet, be it our Software Engineering Director or some other members of the team. If we haven't met you in person yet, this is the moment.

How can I prepare for the interviews?

No need to worry about it, as our recruitment team will guide you through the process step by step. However, these tips are always valid, regardless which team and position you are applying to!

  • Keep an open mind – Just like our daily work, the best solutions come from team effort, so be open to suggestions from the team when approaching an exercise.
  • Take your time to think –  We appreciate structured and clear answers, so no need to rush. It's totally fine to order your thoughts first.
  • Don't be shy – All of your questions are welcome! We want you to have all the answers you need, be it to decide if our opportunity is really what you are looking for, or to solve the exercise you are given.
  • If you don't know, it's okay to say so – We value humbleness and honesty.
